You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.
No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds. Tickets are non-transferrable or refundable once purchased.
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.
Yes, there is full wheelchair access around the park. Birdland is set in a flat picturesque garden which is all accessible via wheelchairs and pushchairs. Most paths are tarmacked, some are gravelled and there are areas of grass leading to the picnic benches and the Encounter Zone. If you should need assistance please ask a member of staff as they will be happy to help.
We also have wheelchairs available free of charge for hire here at Birdland. These are available upon request, however we advise phoning ahead to reserve one, just give us a call on 01451 820480
Yes. Tickets can be bought both on-line or on the door.
However booking online could save you money!
